Refund Policy

Returns & exchanges are not accepted, as each item is printed on demand. However, if you receive (a) damaged item(s), please contact matt@mattgrandbois.com within 3 business days of receipt including pictures of your damaged item(s); replacement will be initiated within 5 business days (shipping times will vary). You are free to keep the damaged item(s) in order to avoid unnecessary shipping costs and carbon emissions. If it is determined that the damaged item(s) was/were damaged by the customer and not the courier/shipping service, a replacement will not be issued. If the customer does not report item(s) damaged within 3 business days of receipt, replacement(s) will not be issued. The customer will not be responsible for replacement costs if the item(s) is/are determined damaged by the courier/shipping service.
